Jennifer Andress

Senior Account Manager

Jennifer focuses on creating strategy activation plans, facilitating leader alignment sessions, scoping and writing deliverables, developing implementation strategies, project management, and determining and creating sustainability plans and materials.

A member of the Root team for 13 years, Jennifer helped to create and launch Root’s Manager Development Program, Compass. She has worked with dozens of clients across all industries including AOL, Coors, Dow Chemical, Gap Inc., ING, Microsoft, NASA, Procter & Gamble, PETCO, and Yum Brands.

Jennifer earned a BS in Engineering at the University of Toledo. She has volunteered with the Green Ribbon Campaign in Toledo, Ohio, which works to sustain and expand nature preserves. She also volunteered at the Toledo Zoo and with a student mentorship program.

Jennifer lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where her two children, Gianna and Dean, keep her very busy. She loves to travel and find adventure off the beaten path with her husband, Bob. Music of all kinds is a big part of her life, as well as wellness and Cleveland sports.
