Managing Director of Operations

Nida ensures operational excellence and profitability at Root. She manages staffing and resources for client engagements and assesses the training and development needs for Root’s account management group. Nida is a vital contributor to the ongoing thought leadership of Root’s strategy activation offerings and services.

Nida has 11 years of client services experience in the areas of strategy alignment, activation, and leader and manager development. Clients include Babcock & Wilcox, Bank of America, BP, FirstEnergy, PETCO, Solvay, Sprint, TSYS, and UBS.

Prior to joining the Root team, Nida worked in public accounting and was a CPA in the state of Georgia. She holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BBA from Emory University.

Nida works out of Root’s Chicago office. She enjoys exploring different parts of the city with her husband, Ryan, and son, Haris.
