Len Kinor
Managing Director, Partnerships
Len works with Root Learning’s various external partners to craft and deploy solutions that generate business results for their clients by increasing the level of understanding, commitment, and engagement in all levels of the company’s strategic direction.
Throughout his 12 years at Root, he has focused much of his time on designing, managing, and developing engagements on marketplace realities, strategy deployment and execution, process improvement, and business acumen. His expertise is in defining strategic content as well as facilitating strategy and discovery sessions.
Len has worked with clients in a variety of private sector industries as well as various U.S. government agencies.
In collaboration with Root colleagues, Len has led many innovative initiatives and pioneered some of the Root “firsts,” including the first eLearning module, the first RootFlip, and the first RootMat.
Len earned a BE and MAE at the University of Toledo, and before joining Root, was a high school teacher and principal. He spent a year as a volunteer in Kentucky, running a food pantry and homeless shelter.
He lives in Monclova Township, Ohio, with his wife, two daughters, and three dogs. He spends most of his free time in the bleachers cheering on his daughters and is a state-certified swim official.
