Brian is responsible for managing client relationships and creating new business opportunities. In his three years at Root, he has worked with various levels of businesses to create organization-wide strategy activation processes and products in strategic direction, process re-engineering, customer value, brand strategy, leadership development, lean manufacturing, organizational change, diversity and inclusion, shareholder value, and cash flow. Brian’s true passion in business development comes from creating and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Brian has worked with more than 90 global Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, PepsiCo, Philip Morris, PPG Fiber Glass, Pulte Homes, Schwan’s Foods, and VeriSign.

Before joining Root Learning, Brian spent 15 years as vice president of sales and marketing at eschoolprofile.com and in sales at Mesa Distributing.

Brian lives in San Diego, California, with his wife and three children. Whenever he can, Brian ocean fishes competitively in Southern California and Mexico.
