Summary:
This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to work with clients and development teams. Previous experience with training content development, curriculum design, and use of authoring software are essential for the design and development of a wide array of e-Learning and blended deliverables. Must have good communication skills, strong creative talents, and a keen ability for problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and development of e-Learning and blended training materials
- Client consultation and facilitation of subject matter experts to define curriculum architectures and training materials
- Performing training needs assessments
- Evaluation of rapid authoring software
- Collaboration with project team resources including digital artists, video producers, technical writers and programmers
- Remain current in industry trends for learning and development
- Remain current in social media and mobile technology
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Education, Multi-media Learning, Instructional Design or related field
- Thorough understanding of e-Learning development
- Strong understanding of project management, scope management, risk and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written skills)
- 5-7+ years of professional training development experience

- Agile development methodology
- Project management certification
- Hands-on experience with Flash and Action Script 3 development
