Root Learning's e-Learning modules are designed to provide an interactive, engaging, and motivating learning environment for individuals. We combine creative media treatments, innovative learning design, bleeding-edge technology, interactive exercises designed to captivate employees and communicate understanding, and the ability to execute on the desired learning objectives with each module.
We believe that interactivity is a key factor in engaging individual e-Learning experiences. Our individual e-Learning modules maximize employee participation and active learning by connecting them to the learning material through exercises and knowledge-checks inserted at logical points throughout the module.
Root’s Virtual Learning Map® modules provide a discovery-based learning experience for small groups of 8 to10 geographically dispersed learners. We draw upon our 18 years of experience in developing paper-based learning maps to allow learners who can’t be face-to-face to engage in strategic discussions. Root’s Virtual Learning Map® modules bring content to life through engaging visuals, dialogue, data, animation, interactivity, and a traditional facilitator.
Root’s electronic scenario-based simulations provide learners with the ability to observe and practice new skills in a safe environment. The simulations consist of reality-based, challenging scenarios that present the learner with a variety of carefully designed actions. Once an action is selected, the learner observes the appropriate reaction and is presented with a follow-up scenario based on their previous response.

Root’s financial and business simulations are designed for both small group sessions and individuals and create understanding around the key levers that impact business drivers and/or financial results and their relationships to each other.
Participants are introduced to situations and then experience a scenario in which they must make decisions utilizing the information presented. These decisions will result in either a positive or negative business outcome or financial impact. Results can be cumulative and scored (competitively if desired).

When employees need to be engaged in key messages such as upcoming events or a change initiative, Root can be sure they’re engaged and informed through highly visual electronic “infomercials” or “teasers.” These short, effective “infomercials” quickly relay critical information to all stakeholder groups.
They can be used before rollout of a learning or business initiative to generate awareness and excitement or post roll-out to sustain key messages.
