Most people learn visually, so this is a great place to start. Root Learning solutions use pictures, and images to show information and allow everyone to “speak the same language” and be able to connect one idea to another and to the whole concept.

We use focused, open-ended questions to guide six to 10 people through discussions that explore important business information and help them come to their own conclusions. A vice president and a front-line worker may find themselves in a deep conversation that may never occur in any other place.

Sitting in a classroom is not fun. Answering “game show” questions, doing matching exercises, participating in simulations – that’s better! Our interactive design helps people make connections between strategy and their own actions, and maybe even challenge their own thinking.
