Compass comprises seven modules and is typically delivered as a 1.5 day facilitated event. The program is fun, intensive and highly interactive, and provides critical and often missed role and business context, as well as foundational manager skills.
1. Know My Role
A manager’s role is extremely important, but unfortunately, many don’t see it. We help them gain a clear picture of what’s required personally and in a team effort, as well as the benefits of delivering. They soon understand that their role isn’t simply about projects and process, but about managing people. They’ll feel like they’re worth more and that their job is important to your organization’s success. After all, people don’t leave companies – they leave managers.
2. Know My Business
We find our efforts to help managers really understand your business immensely important. They quickly realize what your company wants to be and why. They start to understand the importance of things like company culture and your industry and its effect on your business. The result? They become more business-minded and big-picture oriented.
3. Connect My Team
We help managers connect to something bigger than themselves – your organization.
